The KOR project is focused on the development of key competences of the tool industry branch and brings together 16 key industry companies. The project operates within the activity C25 – Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment. The main result of the project, which ends on December 31, 2018, is a practically useful competence model with defined competences for key employee profiles in industry companies.
Within the project, at least 1283 employees will be included in the training in accordance with all identified employment profiles. The training relates to managerial competences, introduction of changes, social and sales skills and personnel management skills, the introduction of digitization as well as specific technological skills from machine management, product development tools, standardization, robotics, and materials and technologies related to toolmaking.
